General Biosafety Training Overview
***NEW!! The biosafety group has streamlined its training, and now covers all information (except for shipping biological materials) in one training module.***
This training course is required for anyone working with biological materials and listed as a member of a lab with an active IBC application. This course covers a general biosafety overview, including information on blood borne pathogens, recombinant DNA, biosafety cabinets, and ABSL-1/ABSL-2. If you are responsible for shipping biological materials, you will also be required to complete a separate training.
This training is available by logging into BioRAFT with your CU Identikey credentials.

Once logged into BioRAFT, click on “Training” and “Course Directory”. Under Biological Safety, find “General Biosfaety Training” and click “Launch Course”.
